I liked the hotel overall and had even decided to add an extra day to stay however I had originally purchased our trip through expedia and when I added another day through the hotel they said that wouldnt be a problem but it was. My card to my room had deactivated and they didnt tell me. So we couldnt get back in and not only was our items in our room but my dog also was. My room was the first room down the hall from the desk so it would have been an easy thing for them to do. I had to go to the desk when we realized we couldnt get back in. It was an easy fix but my room ended up costing almost double from what it was through expedia. The bathroom door in our room was a slide door and it didnt work right and had no lock. It didnt provide complete privacy and I probably mashed my finger everytime I went to the bathroom just to try and get privacy. The outlet in the bathroom where we could hook up a hairdryer didnt work either and we would have to go to the kitchen area in the room to use the items that we needed. I did inform them of the issues and they said they were going to fix them after we left. Glad they got repaired for other people and we were able to make due while there. The hotel was in a great location and was an easy access to the beach and other locations.

Our family loves staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located with easy access to downtown, the college area, and Wrightsville Beach. My kids love the complimentary breakfast, it's a great way to start each day. What truly makes this place standout is the staff, they always provide excellent customer service and are super friendly. We always feel at home here and appreciate the attention to detail provided by the staff.

Overall is was a great convenient location for me to stay while there for business.

From the very beginning to the last day, consistently great staff. The room was extremely clean on arrival. An ice machine on each floor that works. I think it is very important to recognize the staff at this location. Every encounter with them was beyond good. Good staff is hard to find and I feel every single person working there really cares about the guest and also take pride in their work. You will be very happy staying here and treated well.

Everything was very good for my two night stay.

It was very clean and comfortable. Great mattresses! The free breakfast was much better than the standard free breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Felt like it should have cost us more than it did. And only an 11 minute drive to the beach.

This hotel is about 3.5-4 miles (about 10 mins or less depending on traffic) from Wrightsville beach. It's super close to Walmart/Target and other shopping and eating areas. The pool is small, but nice. Overall, this hotel is great and offers a free basic breakfast. However, I didn't like that the bed sheets had what appeared to be dog hair on them. Looks like they weren't washed from the previous guests. I let the hotel know and they changed them, but it was still gross.
