Excellent front desk service. Clean. Lively accommodations for a family of 5. Sofa bed was perfect for my oldest to sleep on. Breakfast was excellent. The gym was good - the peloton was broken but I reported it and they were on it. Close to good food and about 12 min to Wrightsville beach. Free parking. I have zero complaints and would return in a heartbeat. The night shift person that works the desk (grey hair … maybe in her 60s) was wonderful, sweet, and friendly. She kicked off our stay with a warm welcome when we were very tired which started thugs off just right. Thank you.

The property was close to Wrightsville Beach and UNCW. However, the rooms were not clean, and the bathrooms need to be updated.

Great staff

This was a last minute stay and a first time for this hotel. The staff (Brittany front desk in particular) were so friendly and organized and the room was so bright and clean. That is the cleanest bathroom shower I have had in a hotel in a long time! Well appointed kitchenette.

Went into the hotel completely healthy. Woke up in the middle of the night unable to breathe. Turned off the AC and struggled until morning. As we went to the lobby to check out we saw a maintenance worker at the wall above the gym, the wallpaper peeled back and the wall itself covered in black mold. The staff was nice, but we won’t be back.

Toilet did not flush. Was unblocked but next use it stopped up again.

Staff very helpful and friendly.

Everything was excellent except for breakfast they had no Gluten dairy options.

Great location for our stay while our daughter was at UNCW. Very spacious clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great! Staff super friendly and nice.
