"Great Hotel"

It was clean, but very dated. Ice machine broken, phones in room broken, several elevators broken. No restaurants. Snacks were available at lobby. Nice staff but needs updates

Although the hotel is quite old, it is pretty clean and not dusty. The room is pretty big and the bed is nice. But there are some stains on the carpet and the walls.

The room was extremely clean & staff very friendly & helpful. The property is very outdated and the area around the hotel is dirty with a lot of closed businesses. Free parking is across the street on the Cal Neva parking garage. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. Central & convenient. Would stay again.
