Great room. Decent area.

The property claimed to be pet friendly, but required an additional $75non refundable fee, And a $200 refundable additional deposit for my emotional support animals. The attendance at the parking garage across the street from the hotel warned of regular break-ins.

Great price for a room in Reno. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Parking and casino across the street.

This is the worst hotel experience i ever have, for started they won't clean your room or make your bed if you don't requested, phone doesn't work, there a lot homeless people outside the hotel doing drugs, and the worst of all is the elevator broke one night and me and my wife we has to take the stair all the way to the 21st floor, and the staff they didn't care to post sign saying the elevator were broken, and the next day when we were leaving we have to walk again from our room all the way down throughout the stairs with our suitcases, i will never recommend any body to stay on this crap hotel period, avoid this place at all cost, also the room smell really funny and don't look clean

Was not a suite. No cups or enough coffee condiments. Limited ice machines. Inconvenient parking. Staff was great.

The hotel is conveniently located if you came to Reno to visit casinos.Rooms are large and have pretty much everything needed. Free parking in a garage across the street. Check-in and out was smooth. It was quiet, no noise. Hotel is a bit dated. I couldn’t get attention from room service during my three nights stay - they never came to remove trash or renew coffee maker supplies.

Great customer service! We stayed in a suite and it was so spacious and comfortable. We also had a great view of downtown Reno

Hair dryer didn’t work, pillows very uncomfortable, sink didn’t drain well.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful during my stay. My room was basic but the bed was quite nice and comfortable and had nice sheets and pillows and comforter. Shower was hot and there was a small coffee maker in room and also coffee in the lobby in the morning (and several coffee shops nearby). Met my requirements. I was pleasantly satisfied with my visit.
