Very old property - basic and a bit grubby!

Place felt like it was run down a bit. Good location but needs a little tlc.

We booked for an emergency overnight, and the directions for the booking said to call the property for late check-in. Unfortunately, the phone was a constant busy signal, for about an hour. At that point I went to the property and knocked on a window to get the attention of the clerk. Got checked in, and all was fine after that, but still a cause of anxiety in an already bad situation.

WARNING! Don’t bring your family around this place. And unless you’re looking for something illegal then I would stay far away from this hell hole. They must have a lot of fake reviews. My kids were screamed at by homeless people in front and when I tried to talk to desk about not feeling safe and didn’t want to say, and was basically told to screw off. Left and they refused a refund. It is a bad area stay away

1st room dirty second room ac was noisy and third room facing the train tracks and couldn’t sleep

Staff, room, and price get 5 stars. I was on the 11th for and fans on roof outside of room a bit noisy and no clock in the room, but room was very clean. Nice bed and 4 pillows. Parking was a half a block away around the corner.

Parking is inconvenient. The area doesn't have much of a selection of eating establishments, especially fast foods.

Hotel is fine. Rooms are large and comfortable. There is a refrigerator and adequate TV. Maid service and daily clean towels must be requested. Hotel is typically quiet, but walls are thin if neighbors are loud. However, staff is responsive to complaints and offenders are tossed out with police escort after warning. Neighborhood is seedy but doesn’t appear to be unsafe and is very convenient to Riverwalk, museums, and restaurants. A security guard is in the lobby at night. Free parking garage across the street is a real plus. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it provides a clean bed with friendly staff in a convenient location at a very good price.

The stay was fine except for our bed. It dipped in the middle so it was like sleeping in a hole.

Good for the price. Central Reno location and all non smoking rooms. Old and dated but clean and no resort fee.
