Reno Suites

I appreciated the hospitality and ease and convenience

For the price it was better than expected. Good reception. Rooms needs a little love but not bad.

Checkin was difficult due to limited parking in front of hotel. My room had no soap so I had to go back to the front desk and ask for soap. Fortunately I got the last bar available. Beyond that, it was a good stay. The building and room were in good condition, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. For the price, it was a good choice.

Parking was inconvenient

The hotel staff were friendly and quick to help. The hotel is older and could use some renovations, but overall is clean and met our needs. There is parking like 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. If you're a woman traveling alone it's not the kind of place you'll want to arrive to after hours because there are a lot of homeless. We didn't have any issues, but we didn't go out after dark.

I was nervous about staying here because there were a few homeless around and it seemed abandoned. When I got in the staff was EXTREMELY KIND. The energy in there is so peaceful and the staff look very happy. My room was really clean and super spacious!

Property was clean and secure

After staying at the Reno Suites the linens sheets where not sanitized very well. Ended up waking to some kind of rash on my chest and feet

When we first got to our room we had no comforter for our bed, the toilet wasn’t working properly, and we had to walk to get to our parking area because theirs was shut down.

Tv did not work and could not be fixed. Phones were not working. Elevator buttons missing for some floors. Did not get a full set of towels. Just second or third rate across the board.
