I called and booked my room for a conference that was going on May 20 - 22 2026, talked to a person that first checked to see if there were any rooms left in their reserved block, there wasn't so she checked into what was available . I told her I needed to stay Tuesday through Thursday, I didn't check the dates after we spoke because I thought she also knew when the conference was going on & I told her what nights I would be there . I arrived Tuesday afternoon to find the dates in my reservation were 2 days later, the fine young man at the desk informed me of the mistake & found me a room, I thought nothing more about it till I get home and my $300 +- room was $839.00 for the 19th $809.00 for the 20th & $244.00 for the 21st . I should've looked at the reservation earlier & noticed the mistake but thought the person I spoke with give me the correct dates on the phone, my mistake . The room was good & experience was good, but the bill was a big shock .

We stayed here for a convention and had a mixed experience. I paid for guaranteed early check-in at 12 PM and arrived at 2 PM with my 84-year-old mother, expecting our room to be ready. Unfortunately, we ended up sitting in a very crowded lobby until 6:30 PM. It was clear the hotel was overwhelmed and not fully prepared for the volume of guests, which was surprising since the convention had been booked months in advance. Some guests were reportedly left without rooms altogether. We were fortunate to receive a room, although it was not the one we originally booked. That said, there were many positives. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were kind and professional, the restaurants were excellent, and the room we received was very nice. My mother was especially looking forward to a spa day. The spa was short-staffed, so she was only able to receive 3–4 services out of the 8–9 she had hoped for. However, the services she did receive were wonderful, and the spa staff were warm, attentive, and took great care of her. Overall, this property has a lot to offer and the people working there were great, but better preparation and staffing during large events would make a huge difference.

The dark tile in the shower contrasts nicely with the lighter vanity area, giving the space a modern, high‑end feel. Common areas within the room — including the sofa, marble‑top table, and workspace — are practical and comfortable, making it easy to relax or get work done. Evening lighting creates a warm, calm atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Based on the views and layout, the hotel offers a strong balance of comfort, design, and convenience, making it a solid choice for travelers who want a modern room, polished bathrooms, and easy access to Oklahoma City’s downtown and park areas.

The property is beautiful and spacious. The restaurants are amazing!

Some of the lights in my room didn’t work. I was given a $50 breakfast package that wasn’t honored. It’s difficult trying to connect to apps on the TV, I couldn’t access them.
