Omni Oklahoma City Hotel

This was such a great experience from start to finish. What stood out most was the staff—every single interaction was positive. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, room service was friendly and efficient, and the bellhops and valet team were incredibly attentive and polite. You can tell there’s a strong culture of hospitality here, and it really makes a difference. I left feeling genuinely impressed and would gladly return.

Don't let OKC fool you, there is a TON to do within walking distance of this location! Our stay was amazing from greeting, to food options, room service (get the grits!!) and overall amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and taking advantage of any "secret menu" room options. You can wake up to a day at the rooftop pool, walk through the local parks and botanical gardens or see a sporting event next door. The hotel is clean, well-kept and still has that shiny new feel. Loved the lounge and expansive fireplace downstairs!

The hotel was EXTREMELY busy but the calm, friendly, and professional demeanor was ever present. People were helpful, warm, and welcoming. Room & amenities were top notch!

Beautiful hotel and amenities but the best part of the team at this hotel. They were responsive, friendly and polite. One of my best trips and it was for work. I will be back if I’m in Oklahoma again.

This is a beautiful property and new, but they struggle with some basic things. 1. We had to eat breakfast, and it's supposed to open at 7 am. We came down at 7:35, and there were people waiting outside the restaurant because the doors were locked. On the glass door, it says 7 am. So we go to the front desk and ask and they say that "Oh, we got slammed by room service so it should open in 10-15 minutes." That was perfectly normal. What? After 15 minutes and it still wasn't open, we might be late to where we were going, we went back to the front desk and asked if they could call their manager. They looked at us like that was an unreasonable request. They said they called, but then said, "It should be open soon." 2. On a Saturday at 4:30, we were hanging out by the pool, and it was sunny but a bit cool; however, there were 40 other people there having a good time. We were having some drinks and were going to order food, and the bar attached to the pool, which is inside, says it's shutting down at 4:45 because it's too cold. Do they not like making money or having pleaseing their customers? Obviously, everyone who thought they were going to enjoy a few more hours by the pool with drinks was disappointed. The pool remained open, and most stayed, but you couldn't order drinks. What? 3. Also, they were blasting Skid Row and Slaughter by the pool ... what?

The Omni Oklahoma City is a pretty hotel but the price paid is not worth it in my opinion. The staff were friendly but not overly receptive. We booked a double queen room the room was clean but the room remained hot all night despite multiple attempts to change thermostat. There was no fitted sheet and the bottom sheet that was used wasn’t the correct size and just got tangled around feet. The pillows had seen better days and it took 3 to get any support. Overall not thrilled with the experience especially for the price that was paid. We are at the OKC Taphouse, food was okay but service and bar were slow.

For over $500 a night I would expect to have better beds, pillows and linen. This was about as equivalent as sleeping at a motel 6. The bathroom and shower were wonderful.
