The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Shower head need to be better

Great location, easy to get to. Beds were comfortable. Full size fridge was nice.

TV wouldn’t work, WiFi wouldn’t connect. Hair in the shower. Sink wouldn’t drain.

Easy access, clean inside and outside

It could use more lighting in the parking lot.

No morning or evening staffing. No phones in room. No security. Tenants were noisy. No breakfast as advertised. No ice machine . Little underwhelming for a Wyndham

Upon returning to the motel at 9:30 pm on 10/04/25, our key card had been changed and we were unable to access our room. Went to the desk and there was a sign stating that they didn't have anyone working and to call an emergency number. Several messages were left before actually talking to a man that said someone was on their way. Over an hour later we called again. The man srated that someone was coming from Springfield MO to let us on . We waited another hour and called again. This time the man said he would come himself that he was only 15 minutes away. We didn't get into our room until after midnight. This is totally unacceptable 10/

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean, though I would have liked to use the jacuzzi which needed major repair. Overall, good experience!

The shower was good. The breakfast was ok.

This place closes at 10pm so no staff is present. If there was any kind of emergency there, there.is no staff there overnight. We got there at 950 pm not knowing they actually closed, and it was all dark and we couldn't find anyone there. So after calling at 10pm a person came out of an office and said I'm off the clock and was not very nice. They were obviously upset that we had arrived and that they had to check us in. Then at 9am I'm awakened by a loud vacuum cleaner right outside my door. We did not have a good experience with this location.

Not much to be honest

Was a major headache trying to get my key. Then when I got me key and got in my room and hour after arriving everything in the room was unplugged. After getting the lights plugged in and on the room was no where near clean and found what looked to be water bugs but im not sure 3 to be exact. Then I go too take a shower and there is no towels. Room had an awful smell mixed with cigarette smell. Then the following day my buddy shows up who also booked a room there directly through the hotel and paid 30 to 50 less then I did and his room was clean and had a nice comfortable bed compared to the bed in my room. Also the hot tub was closed. If there was other options in town I would have tried to switch but there was not and there also wasn't anyone at the front desk at check in for me to be able to switch. And the second morning I was there I woke up to a small black bug crawling up my arm and that was it for me I got up dropped my keys at the front desk and left.
