A lovely place to stay

This is a very comfortable house, quite warm in winter (there are heating devices for each room). It's clean, has everything you need (even a few toys for the kids). Good pressure of hot water.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and he had the futons ready for our tired bodies to fall into. Thank you!!

The place was clean and cute. It was well-stocked and met my expectations. We enjoyed the kotatsu table.

Check in was horrible. I had submitted my passport information ahead of time, but they would not give me the code to the keybox until they had the information for my whole family, including my children. The check-in website would not let me proceed without uploading passport images, but the pictures would not go through, even after I left and went to a place with Wifi--then I just got an error. I finally had to bypass the passports by putting Japan as our nationality. We were standing outside in the cold waiting for about 40 minutes. They were not responding quickly and no one would answer the phone number listed--just an automated system. We finally left until they provided the key code., which was over an hour later. I had kids that needed to get to bed. The the unit was freezing cold when we got in and took a long time to warm up--there is no wall unit in one of the two bedrooms. The two bedrooms are small, just enough room for 3 futons each. There is not much room to put your luggage.
