"Customer service from Josh was 10000/10"

Josh was very kind and helpful during our visit. Even though we were not staying at the hotel, he took the time to help us, answer our questions and give us useful information. He was patient, friendly and made us feel welcome right away. His positive attire and willingness to help really stood out and made our experience amazing. We will definitely always ask for Josh when we come visit again, we really appreciate him and his kindness!

Stayed at Element, Marcus at the front desk was extremely helpful and even took our things to our room since my wife is in a wheelchair and we have a puppy. Then Carlos Taveras at the valet helped get everything for us and made our lives easier. Thank you all!
