Had a great experience with valet anthony was very helpful good service 10/10

The breakfast was super healthy. The cooking ladies were all so nice and helpful. It was a different but really delicious breakfast. I would recommend it. The location was perfect, every store was 10 minutes of walking. Tampa seams to be very clean.

Anthony’s reliability and friendly demeanor made a strong impression and contributed greatly to an excellent overall experience.

Heated pool was so cold, we couldnt go in it....wish they had a hot tub. Breakfast was an 8/10, pretty nice having a chef there to cook up your eggs. Also enjoyed the yogurt bar. Toilet stopped filling, called down and spoke with Anthony. Yes, it was midnight but that is no reason to be rude. He was literally angry for my call. Now Diane in reception was a doll. We had issue with an expected shipment, and she was all over it! Very good hotel for a conference!

They never told us when we booked this hotel suite that there was gonna be a party on the roof! They never even mentioned when we checked in that there was gonna be a huge bash on the roof that would keep us awake all damn night. We called down at 10:30 PM to ask if we could be moved and were told that there were “no rooms available.” We called down again at midnight because the noise was deafening. In the morning when we checked out as soon as we possibly could the woman asked me “ Why didn’t you ask to be moved?“ I told her we did and were told there were no rooms available to which she replied, “we had plenty available.” It was a very attractive suite but we told our travel agent never to book us here again because of the complete lack of customer service. It was a horrible experience.

Josh at the valet was very helpful with my valet payment issues and was very happy to help with all my questions. The experience was great

Handy location less than 10 minutes from the airport. Canceled my rental car because of the walkable amenities. Wonderful hotel staff. Bar areas are nice and Sal Y Mar was a lovely dinner experience

I had a ton of luggage, and Josh at the valet didn’t hesitate to come help me without even being asked. He was also very kind to me and my kids throughout our stay. We will definitely come back!
