Element by Marriott Tampa Midtown

This experience was fundamentally life changing and monumentally unforgettable. From the moment we arrived at the element, we had been teleported to a whole new world of joy and hedonistic fulfillment of our deepest, family-friendly desires. The atmosphere was reminiscent of a future city- one completely removed from the antiquated pomp and circumstance that permeates the surrounding locale. One left turn from the hustle and bustle of the dale mabry super highway and we were swept away to a high tech oasis of chivalry and acceptance. Our valet attendant, Noah, went above and beyond the reasonable expectations of a simple valet attendant. Having a disabled son who requires round the clock attention is hard enough, so let’s just say we don’t have the easiest time on family vacations. Noah helped us strap our disabled son into his restraining harness as we exited our vehicle, and this was the kindest thing a valet attendant has ever done for us. We have been to a lot of hotels, convention centers, even at our local country club in Milwaukee, the valet attendants have never once lifted a finger to assist in the laborious egress we must endure when transour completely disabled son from our vehicle. That all changed with Noah. He volunteered himself to help us buckle little Jimmy’s harness while we held him down. Even as his colonostomy bag slipped, Noah didnt hesitate to catch it before it fell. Instead of feeling like *that family*, we felt like normal guests, utilizing the convenient valet service loke everyone else. We normally don’t leave reviews, but Noah made a huge impact on our stay. Though all the employees at the element are highly professional and courteous , Noah went above and beyond, and we hope we see him next time we come to Tampa.

The valet service was excellent. Noah was very pleasant and quick. 🚗💨

The free breakfast is incredible. Also, the staff is incredibly kind. Rios took care of me and my friends. I've stayed at this location previously for concerts - it's a great value/location for those going to shows at Amalie Arena or Raymond James Stadium.

Element Tampa Midtown is very-well situated with a lovely area that houses places like Whole Foods, Sephora, and some trendy coffee shops. The area feels modern and like a town inside of a town. The hotel itself was very easy to find and the staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful! We flew in from the UK for the BTS concert at Raymond James Stadium. It was a very short stay for us, but the way the staff were so invested in us and helped us with any small queries made us feel right at home and immediately like we want to come back for another stay! We had Rios help us at the front desk and he was simply AWESOME! He was so kind, real and a genuine breath of fresh air. He even shared some tidbits and tips on getting to and from the stadium for the concert, which we greatly appreciated! We stayed in a King Studio with a Kitchenette. This was one of the only rooms left at the time of booking, and we didn’t think we’d make us of the kitchenette - but we did and were so glad to have it! The beds are SOOO plush, soft and just what you need after a long travel! The “Heavenly” mattress had to be one of our highlights! We wish there were a few more options at breakfast (e.g. Full English or similar), but it’s such a minor thing when everything else is exceptional! We’re already planning our next trip with full intentions of staying at Element again! Thank you Rios and the Element team for a wonderful stay! 😄🙌🏾

A few more Breakfast options would’ve been nice, but not the end of the world.

For the price, breakfast does not even meet the basics. It's just eggs, cereal, bread and fruits. There should be more varieties to fill up the stomach. Stovetop was not provided even though it was listed as part of the amenities.

Staff should have been more professional. Staff was super rude and tried to gaslight us to feel bad for just trying to check in. Staff brushed off our concerns and threatened us that we were making the wait longer for everyone else when the conversation lasted less than five minutes. Staff was blaming us for being the reason to not getting our room on time. Had to wait for an extra hour when there are places we really need to go to. Compensation was not even provided for the wasted hour. There was no apology or whatsoever. Will not book this hotel again.

Went there with my girlfriend and it was amazing Patrick at valet made me feel right at ease!

Patrick, Anthony and Josh were all great when we first came in. The hotel was great we had an event later and the staff made sure things go smooth

Patrick was amazing at valet. He really took care of my car and I wasn’t worried at all. Best welcome I’ve had at a hotel.
