Element by Marriott Tampa Midtown

I had a good experience and the gentleman who works valet (Daniel) helped me out so much I’ll definitely be visiting again

From the moment I walked to the reception desk, Yatiana was super friendly and welcoming. She checked me in with all ease and informed me of the wonderful amenities like Sal & Mar Restaurant being on the top floor, the conference areas available for me in the future as a business traveller to the hotel and local perks like Whole Foods and Joffrey’s coffee being on the same street! The housekeeper was very kind and my room was immaculate! I go to Tampa for work every 60 days and I have ALWAYS selected Element/Aloft Midtown as my first choice. It is easy to get to various locations and roadways, airport, mall and anything else!

this was such a beautiful place to stay, i was staying here with a couple of my friends showing them around tampa/ midtown and they thought it was beautiful. we were welcomed by the valet joey he was so sweet!! he helped all of us and answered any questions we had.

I came to Midtown to have a day with friends and I parked at the valet for the day. Daniel was very helpful while we were parking letting us know where to go within the property. He got our car promptly when we returned and made the experience super easy! Will definitely come back and visit the area again.

I had an amazing experience during my stay, and I want to give special recognition to Yati. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my stay much more enjoyable. Yati went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of and always greeted me with a warm smile. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Yati exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Yati, for your outstanding hospitality and for making my stay so memorable. You are a true asset to the hotel, and I hope management recognizes the wonderful work you do. I would gladly stay here again because of the exceptional service I received.

I reserved a suite with a living room. They told me they did not have that type of room available. I had to stay in a lower level room. I opened the Bonvoy app and the same type of room was still available to reserve. They did not offer an upgrade. My only option was only to downgrade my room.

I was really impressed with the hotel and outstanding customer service provided by the Element on my recent stay. The facilities were excellent but the customer service provided by the reception staff was top tier. David and the young lady working the desk with him were extremely friendly,helpful with a Marriott gift card we were trying to redeem. I appreciate exceptional customer service as it rare today! Thank-you David and young lady. Sorry, I do not know her name as no name tags at Element, but please recognize her effort.

It rained I had valet service and the guys had no umbrella for guest.

Near to airport, nice area for restaurants etc
