His level of customer service was exceptional and truly stood out. He was always courteous, professional, and eager to help with anything my husband and I needed. Every arrival and departure was effortless. His positive attitude and genuine dedication to our satisfaction made a significant difference in our overall experience. The service at this place was great, starting from the reception and specially the valet parking. A guy Daniel from the valet parking team took care of my vehicle and was the most welcoming and respectful young individual who took care of us from the start of our trip. 5 stars

We had such a wonderful experience at Element hotel, and a big part of that was Daniel, the valet, who was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, Daniel welcomed us with such warmth, professionalism, and positive energy that he immediately made us feel at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but it was the level of service that really made our stay special. Daniel went above and beyond with his helpful attitude and exceptional customer service, and you can tell he truly cares about guests and takes pride in what he does. It’s not often that one person leaves such a lasting impression, but Daniel absolutely did. He is a true asset to the hotel, and his kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. We're from our of town and were discussing places to go next. Daniel overheard us talking and approached us to suggest different places. He took the time to explain directions and distances and even prices of the multiple places he suggested. We pretty much planned our next two days around his suggestions. He definitely went the extra mile in providing an excellent service.
