TownePlace Suites by Marriott Columbus Dublin

Remote that controls television didn't work in bedroom. Switched to different room twice and same issue with bedroom tv. I didn't appreciate having to move my things into 3 different rooms just to get a working television. Spent an hour after a full day working moving from one room to another. No managers on duty except a few specified hours during first shift hours.

Excellent location. Safe, quiet, clean, friendly staff and modern

Amenities were great. It had everything that you need in a room (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.).

We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience during our stay. Around midnight, a group of guests were loudly watching a sports match in the common lobby area, shouting and cheering until almost 1 AM. We were woken up multiple times, and it was especially upsetting since we were traveling with our 3-year-old child. What made it worse was the front desk’s unprofessional and rude response. It took several tries before someone answered, and when we finally spoke to the staff, they seemed annoyed instead of concerned. When we mentioned we’d take the complaint to corporate, the staff member snapped back saying “I’m not threatened,” refused to give his name, and wouldn’t connect us to a manager. It’s shocking that Marriott would allow such noise in a shared area at midnight and tolerate such dismissive behavior from staff. We chose Marriott expecting professionalism, peace, and rest—but instead, we left frustrated, exhausted, and disappointed. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from a brand like Marriott.

The room was spacious and clean.

They ran out of some foods for breakfast, something they could have prepared for better.

Don't not believe there was anything I did not like the hotel was clean the staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was very good and again the manager went out of his way to help us
