The kitchenette was nice, the room was very clean. Staff were gracious and pleasant. Breakfast open until 10 was nice, the waffles were great 😋. Will definitely stay again on my next visit 🙂

The price was a little high, but everything has gone up. The breakfast was decent , the sausage was a little overcooked. Bacon would be a plus option😋 All things considered it was a very nice place to stay

Kitchenette floor was sticky & filthy. Someone had used the toilet-it was not flushed. The soap was used as well as a hand towel. We were short 1 bath towel. The night clerk (manager?) was very apologetic and kind. The morning clerk acted like it didn’t matter, and he couldn’t be bothered. Told him I’d like a towel & maybe the floor cleaned-didn’t happen. Terrible service!

Stanza bella e cucina completa

Il personale in reception ha voluto vedere il pagamento sull'estratto conto della carta di credito, nonostante avessimo mostrato sia l'estratto PayPal che la prenotazione di booking, non ritenuti sufficienti. Trattandosi di una prenotazione avvenuta da tempo ed essendo all'estero è stato un problema complicato da risolvere. Nessuna altra struttura usa su 17 prenotate ce lo ha mai richiesto... Molto seccante

"Extremely Disappointed "

Where should I start? My reservation was canceled before arrival. When arrived, I was told my room was canceled due to maintenance issues. I was told a refund was sent out, but it indeed was not. I was then referred to another hotel and told my reservation was moved to another Marriot hotel. It was not. We traveled a total of 9 hours from Michigan and was turned away from a hotel that I PAID FOR!!! Very unprofessional and made our trip extremely stressful.
