Marriott Vacation Club at Los Sueños

We loved this MVC resort. Staff was great. Rooms were very clean and spacious (we were in a 2 BR). Full size washer and dryer was amazing to have. Pool complex is wonderful with lots of seating. They did do some entertainment at the pool when we were there. Easy walk to the Village for restaurants. Beach isn't great there (I knew that ahead of time) so don't book it if you are wanting a beach resort! Would absolutely return for another visit.

A lovely vacation club within the Marriott resort. A beautiful setting with lots of interesting wildlife and only a short walk to the local marina with shops and restaurants. Staff at the resort were helpful. Just a few niggles about the vacation club firstly no late check out which has never been the case elsewhere and secondly the whole block was without water for a number of hours and we had to report it. Reception were aware but had not thought to notify occupants and offer bottled water. Otherwise a lovely holiday in beautiful Costa Rica.

The rooms were spacious with a kitchen and were well furnished. The staff are friendly. One of the best pools that I have been to. The bar in the middle of the pool with seating is awesome! There are several vegetarian options at the bar. The food is excellent. The food price is reasonable compared to our experience elsewhere at Costa Rica.

Mucho dinero para tampocos servicios cobran hasta por parques el carro no hay transporte dentro del resort. No me gustó para nada las habitaciones pequeñas camas pequeñas para el precio que pague.

Excellent vacation

What a nice Vacation Club this is! Right now there are not many Vacation Club rooms, but more are being planned. We had a lovely two bedroom unit. The attached Marriott hotel has a lot of nice dining options and a bigger pool than the quiet, relaxing Vacation Club pool. The staff were great! The beach is okay for a walk, but you probably won’t want to lay on it, but there are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. The spa at the hotel was very nice. All-in-all a very nice week.

A hidden gem. The best Marriott property in Central and North America. Definitely a lovers and golf paradise. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the customer service is impeccable! I'm already booking my next vacation here!!

Our stay was great! Alexandra and Andres were both amazing and we all had a fabulous time.

I stayed 3 nights ina 2BR villa in August (should have been 4 but a delayed flight caused me to miss my connection.) It was rainy season but only rained towards the evening for 2 days. I stayed near the rainforest and it rained a lot more there. The villa was beautiful and had everything you needed. There are a few restaurants on site. I ordered Uber Eats delivery from Coco's and it was very good. The hotel staff rescheduled Soda Gabarito when I asked for local food recommendations and that was also very good. In general, food and souvenirs seemed better and cheaper here than near Manuel Antonio. The vacation club pool is fine, but the neighbor hotel pool is even better. It almost has the size of a small lazy river without the current. I went on the free Eco tour offered by the golf course. We saw a sloth, many iguanas and some toucans. I was hoping to see monkeys but they don't come out when it's too hot. There's no ATM at the hotel, but there are a few banks at the marina village that's about a 10 minute walk from the property. You don't really need cash though as credit card is widely accepted. We are already planning a return trip next year and looking to stay a full week. We may explore the national parks near the resort.
