Marriott Vacation Club at Los Sueños

La experiencia en Marriott Vacation Club fue excelente. La habitación muy cómoda y confortable. La limpieza excelente. El problema es que el check in es muy tarde a las 4:00 p.m. y el check out muy temprano a las 10: 00 a.m. ; lo que es prácticamente un día perdido. Asimismo tienen poco personal destacado en el edificio. Tuve que bajar el equipaje de mi familia sola.

Todo bien pero las habitaciones tenian un olor faltal de aguas negras dentro de la habitación.

Tres belle endroit

Our rooms were were excellent, clean and new. Not ready for 2 hours after check in time. The main building was very nice but exterior looking a little tired. Made reservations for an outside table through open table which the hotel website redirects you to but we’re told that it was not available. Extremely disappointing as we followed the appropriate process. Food there was OK. Stand up paddle boards not readily available so reserved however we were told to come in 15 minutes earlier than our allowed time. They had made an error in the reservation Overall very nice hotel however there procedures/reservations work.

Food choices at the resort are nice. Good breakfast buffet available, lunch spot by pool area, and activities everyday.

Our experience was incredible . The minute that we walked in . The most friendly environment and the best service . Thank you. The room was clean and had the best views . Service room was amazing . The cleaning crew also very friendly . We will be back

el check-in se hace en la misma area de Marriot hotel pero, los recepcionistas no estan capacitados para recibir a los clientes de Vacation Club.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel qui fait partie d'un développement de très grande beauté avec la marina à proximité et d'excellents restaurants. La piscine du Marriott avec ses sentiers est superbe et nous offre de l'animation comme dans les tout inclus.
