"Mimo płatności gotówką, pobierają pieniądze z karty, hitem jest sprzątanie pokoju w dniu wyjazdu"

Generalnie ok ale, mimo ustalenia płatności gotówką i faktury pobrano mi również pieniądze z karty i od dwóch tygodni proszę o zwrot. Hotel ma to w dupie i przestał odpisywać.

Ostatniego dnia pobytu , gdzie doba hotelowa jest do godziny 11 czy 12 , sprzatacz hotelowy właził do pokoju od godziny 8:00 co dwadzieścia minut dopytują czy już może sprzątać. Jest to nie do przyjęcia, bo miał powiedziane kilkukrotnie ze ma nie przychodzić do zakończenia doby hotelowej a i tak przychodził co 20 minut . . Mimo zgłoszenia przy meldunku płatności gotówką co mam na fakturze, pobrano pieniądze z konta. Na początku hotel odpisywal na wiadomości teraz milczy. Dodam,że pobyt był 11.05 a dziś jest 25.05

Bin hier öfters zu Gast. Bisher immer sauber und ruhig gewesen. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und top Lage direkt am Hbf. Sehr modern und pragmatisch eingerichtet.

Das Personal lässt manchmal auf sich Warten. Ist aber vollkommen in Ordnung!
