Nothing as our room was occupied when we returned from a wedding

Room double booked

The room was a nice size, was nice and warm, and the beds where comfortable, they made sure we where nice and settled

The amount of stairs, would have been ok but my fault for not mentioning the health condition

Very close to town, short walk, to shops restaurants, train station is literally next door

Some of the people staying were noisy, letting doors bang, and other inconsiderations

Room

The accommodation was clear to my daughters football event. The room was comfortable.

2 of the codes weren't emailed to me upon arrival even though we would be arriving between 3 - 5. I was stood outside for 15 minutes with my children in the pouring down rain. A neighbour eventually let us in and I called the customer service number 6 times until I got through. We were then locked out of the internal door for a further 15 minutes. The whole building stank of smoke and cannabis and there were blatant drug deals going on right outside our accommodation then the individual was returning and staying in the same building.

Door keypad number 4 wouldn't work messaged them no replay no customer service so couldn't get in, very frustrating after work so had to book another hotel absolute waste of money would never recommend
