Broken scolding shower Being moved to a dirty room (not cleaned from previous guest) - see pic bin was full and there were towels hung up in the shower cubicle.

Good location near train station

Took an hour to access room. Needed three different codes to get to room. We were sent the wrong access info and it was a nightmare. It was very hot and although there was a fan when we pulled the duvet out of the cover it was badly stained. Big crack in washbasin as well.

Compact and with an ensuite.

No parking on local roads as all permit holders only. Local car park had a market on the Sunday so you couldn't take advantage of the offer they offered. 3 codes needed to get into the building , corridor and room . Door was hard to lock from the outside. You had to be a ninja to succeed in locking the door. Hidden extras deposit or pay a non refundable waiver. Stair carpet loose and stained.

No tener ascensor

Great place, clean, comfortable and warm and so easy to find just above the station

Getting into the property was a bit like fort knox with three different key codes, not good when the phone dies! Signing up to stay the night was also a pain in the arse with ID required to be uploaded and a security deposit needing to be paid, not the usual booking.com experience. The shower could be seen by some as dangerous - Scolding hot water which couldn't be easily controlled as the shower door restricted access to the stiff shower taps!
