Room was clean

All online based. No staff at the address. Not usually an issue, except I turned up to the room I'd booked, entered the code to my room and entered to someone else staying in the room! The room was a complete state, I was absolutely disgusting and shocked. Spent 10 minutes trying to ring the hotel before they closed at 8:30pm. The first thing I was asked on the phone but the staff member was, did the person tell me their name?! I'm sorry, I didn't stay long enough to exchange pleasantries over a cup of tea... Then was told I'd need to make my way to another property nearby to stay, but I had in laws booked in the same place as me also. This was the last thing I needed after having spent the day at the hospital. Finally they managed to "move some things around" and found me a room on another floor. I'm not entirely sure what that means but I then spent the rest of the evening worried someone was going to wander in my room while I slept! This place obviously attracts some undesirables as I was woken up multiple times in the night by people coming back drunk and loud, on a Tuesday... Plus some sort of drug deal outside my window which was lovely. You'd expect some sort of compensation for something like this but apparently not as they managed to find me another room...

Même avec un ventilateur il a fait très chaud /les instructions pour le départ sont données avec retard par internet elles devraient être données plus en avance/De même pour les codes d' entrée je les ai reçu au dernier moment par SMS alors que je les avait demandés avant de partir bien à l' avance

Completing booking arrangements with Pureserviced after making a booking through booking.com was a mission. Normally, after confirming and paying on booking.com, the job is done. Not so here: an account must be created on a portal, photo ID uploaded, security deposit paid, parking paid separately, entry codes retrieved a few hours before check in.... I have numerous emails and whatsapp messages to complete arrangements for a one night stay, just too much admin. Note that car parking is 10 minutes walk away in a public car park, and pre-paid parking fee is valid until 10:30 on checkout date.

Room wasn't ready for stated time of 15:00 we had to wait until 15:40. However can't blame the cleaning staff, they were working very hard and were polite.
