The location and Very quiet

Complained as the rooms are small and sun penetrating the room due to only having curtains which are left wide open . The rooms could benefit blinds as well as the room was unbearable hot. This was our second stay first room had a fan this time no fan. When I made Contact with them they reassured me that a fan would be delivered within 15 mins this didn't happen the following day saw cleaners and ask them which they were very happy in supplying a fan. Also complained about mattress as the springs we're digging in to us we had a lousy night sleep , which to be honest it needed a new mattress I informed them of this matter as we were staying for five days whether this could be resolved or move to another room as we weren't not happy especially when your expecting a standard of room and guess what this never happened. So we changed the mattress around once we strip the bed the mattress was stained both sides which truthfully this shouldn't be. Also the shower was leaking the shower door wouldn't shut so there was water leaking onto the floor it seems to me the maintenance side of things are not being carried out or checked before anyone is booking these rooms which to me is bad policy. Also the kitchen it's supposed to be fully equipped which they have an A4 laminated sheet with a full list of equipment we had hardly anything well put it this way we weren't the only people staying and we had two forks to share all this should all be checked and made sure that it's fully equipped for usage.very disappointed on our second stay it's all about customer service and keeping your customers happy and being as helpful and resolving the issues but for us this never happened this is where they let their customers down. Also the entrance into the premises is carpeted which is filthy full of stains all it needs is shampooing first impression is most important so it does make you think what's the rooms like.

Located very close to station. Clean

Very confusing process to get in to property. Find that there are several room number 6 and that you need no less than 3 different codes. Fire doors were compromised and one held open with fire extinguisher. No fire alarm call points nearby. No air conditioning in room - just fans. Property deposit required. Not made prominent enough on booking.com website. Would not have booked if I had realised this first. No disabled access and no mention of this on site.

It was perfectly suitable for a few nights stay. Was clean and comfortable. Quiet as well considering they are rooms close together

The fact there was dog pee all over the room which was a safety hazard due to being immunosuppressed, we couldn't stay due to potential complications to my health as I'm taking infusions to kill my immune system, management parred me off saying it was a stain when it really wasn't because it was crusty and absolutely stank! I'll be taking it further unfortunately as they didn't care or want to help

The new lock system where you have to put a pin in to get in/out of your room Also the bathroom smelt damp this time around

Sink filled up quickly and didn't drain. Fan broken and replacement one did not arrive. 3 door codes is a bit annoying.
