La habitación y zonas comunes muy bonitas y nuevas y limpio . Ubicación muy cerca del centro al lado estación trenes y bus .

No nos dieron los códigos para las puertas comunes , solo la de la habitación pero no estaba nada claro en su app que por cierto es en espñol t. Que había varios códigos . Uno para cada puerta . Escribí WhatsApp y tan solo recibí mensajes automáticos . Pero no me solucionaba el problema . No respondieron ni a los teléfonos ni al WhatsApp a día de hoy. Pero para darte el código que deberían ser varios te piden pagar una fianza de 50 euros que espero me devuelvan pronto porque lo dejamos todo bien y no me parece. Cuando voy al hotel no me piden fianza. He tenido la sensación de engaño al llegar y no poder entrar . Lloviendo a mares y con las maletas . Sin respuesta de nadie . Si no fuera por unos chicos que llegaron después que nosotros y nos dieron sus códigos , aún seguimos en el pasillo . Me ha parecido fatal la atención. Encima teniendo una app que me pedía incluso una foto mía con mi DNI en la mano. No entiendo cómo es posible que no me facilitarán los códigos rápidamente de las puertas comunes. Es la 1a vez que me piden tantas cosas y luego encima no cumplen .

It was handy for the station.

On entering the property. The carpets were filthy. In the room, bathroom. The washbasin was cracked and a cover was missing from the towel rail/radiator which is a hazard.

The property was very easy to navigate once I had the door codes sent, the communal areas were clean and tidy and respectful privacy given for each of the rooms being separate. Customer service from Heidi was Superb very kind, informative and patient.

I had noticed down the side of the bed beside the wall in RM 5 Piccadilly needs a good clean, I dropped my sleep eye mask down there the first night and noticed some heavy dust, hair and tissue, and the bathroom could do with a shampoo/body wash pump or mini's provided for the shower. But apart from that the property is well managed and will return should we have another visit to Plymouth.

It’s very convenient, clean and good location

Parking was a big issue for me as I had to park down the road and pay £17 for parking so it was difficult

The only good thing about this place was that it was close to the venue that we were visiting.

It was difficult to get in because there are about 10 rooms (NOT APARTMENTS AS ADVERTISED) called Piccadilly. As mentioned, this is not the entire apartment as the listing states and we were woken constantly by other people because there is no sound proofing, the rooms are tiny and ours absolutely stank of cat pee and had yellow stains in the corner and mould in the bathroom. There was barely any toilet roll as well and we paid £10 for parking which was nonexistent (but you can pay for a carpark nearby cheaper than they were charging). I've contacted the company and these issues and just got fobbed off. If I don't get my deposit and parking back I will take them to court for false advertising. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
