Sehr schöne Lage, direkt in der Altstadt, Fussgänger Zone. Überaus freundliches Personal. Besonders Anel der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Willkommens Drink kam genau im richtigen Moment. Das Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer vom Personal gebracht, das es keinen Lift gibt. Gutes Essen und grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer entspricht nicht meinem Geschmack, die Handtücher etwas abgenutzt aber in Ordnung.

Excellent service. The hotel personel is a super-power of this hotel. Breakfast is great - plenty of options for most of the guests. Room was very clean and staying there was satisfying. The localization is in the center of old town - be mindful that parking options are poor.

Parking options in city center are poor.

Great location- less than 5 minute walk to the old town. We stayed at the executive suit which was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and informative, two staff in particular Adeen and Anil, both were very helpful and made our stay pleasant and stress free!
