Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija

We were staying in this hotel for 5 nights and I need to tell everyone that this place worth every euro you spend! Service is strong 5 stars! You will see all Bosnian welcoming in this place! *Food 5 stars, everything is cooked fresh and soooo delicious! *Nights we spent there were super quiet even if you leave the window open you will hear artificial waterfall which is at the hotel territory! You even don’t need to use earplugs! Really!!! (The only thing that early in the mornings in the city all mosques play “azan” so you need to be ready for that and if you don’t want to hear it just close your window, but we enjoyed that for real:)))) In every number they have air condition so you can make comfortable temperature in your room even if outside is +40 degrees :))) And beds are incredibly comfortable so if you are tall there is much space for you! 5 stars! *Location is the best - you are in the middle of everything!!! 5 stars! *Everything is clean and well prepared for your arrival and during your stay there is always somebody who can help you! 5 stars! If that would be possible I would give you all 500000 stars! Hvala puno Kriva Ćuprija family for incredible service, experience, food and everything else! Wir wurden überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter hatte ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Wir haben uns direkt sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war super schön und modern eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen und gefrühstückt und es war alles super lecker und sehr frisch. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat außerdem eine große Auswahl geboten. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls unschlagbar. Man hat direkten Zugang zur wunderschönen Altstadt von Mostar. Der Blick beim Essen von der Terrasse auf Mostard hat einem ein ganz besonderes Gefühl gegeben. Für uns war es nicht nur eine Übernachtung sondern ein sehr schönes und einzigartiges Erlebnis wozu jeder Mensch dort beigetragen hat. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die wunderschöne Zeit und würden definitiv nochmal wiederkommen.

The staff was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and professional. We were celebrating our anniversary during our stay at the hotel, and they made us feel very special and like they were celebrating with us. The hotel room was very nice and clean, and the location was just incredible. Being right on the crooked bridge made for beautiful breakfast and dinner views and pictures, and the food was amazing. The girl is located right in the old town along the river, and you can get to the shops as soon as you step out of the hotel grounds. Amazing stay!

It is not Hotel Kriva Cuprija's doing, but it was hard to fall asleep at night since there was very loud live music coming from a nearby restaurant every day. Otherwise, the hotel was absolutely fantastic.

The staff was awesome. Everyone was helpful and kind and respectful. Lovely people. The location was perfect, right next to the old city. The breakfast was nice. The staff helped us get to the parking lot and helped with our luggage which was great because it involved walking down a busy street and then up several flights of stairs.

The room was very small. Sheets were quite scratchy. The shower was either too hot or too cold.

Personal = super! Best I ever had! Immer hilfsbereit und mit absolutem Fokus auf Service-Quality. Lage = perfekt. Zimmer = super gemütlich, exzellenter Blick.

Excellent location. My room had a balcony with a view over the town which was very impressive. At Arrival the staff were so helpful with our luggage and taking great care of us. Very good breakfast.
