Smeštaj u hotelu " Kriva ćuprija " u Mostaru je bio udoban i prijatan. Mlado osoblje je veoma ljubazno i komunikativno. Ostaju mi u sećanju njihovi osmesi. To sve govori. U nasoj grupi su bile dve starije osobe-osoblje se pobrinulo da je njehova soba na nivou kapije kako ne bi morali da se muce stepenicama. Svi su preljubazni.

"Top adres in het oude Mostar"

Wat een prachtige ligging, net aan de ingang van de oude stad. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op wandelafstand. Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel: ze droegen onze fietsen en bagage naar binnen langs de vele trappen. Heel goed restaurant, zowel ontbijt als avondmaal waren top.

Niets. Eerder een waarschuwing: heel veel trappen en geen lift, goed te weten als je niet meer zo mobiel bent.

Ein überaus freundliches Team. Immer präsent und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden vom und bis zum Parkplatz etwas ausserhalb begleitet und das Gepäck getragen. Vorzügliche Bedienung im Restaurant und beim Frühstück und das im perfekten Deutsch. Alle im Service-Team sind guter Laune und immer kundenorientiert. Haben selten einen so guten Service erlebt. Die tolle Lage im Bereich der historischen Altstadt.

In der Bar auf der anderen Talseite läuft Abends laute Musik. Das stört auf der Restaurant-Terasse ein wenig. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija in Mostar. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. They assisted us with carrying our luggage from the street parking area to the hotel and back again when we left. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival, and to our surprise, we even received a thoughtful gift when checking out. The hospitality was outstanding and made us feel truly valued as guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mostar. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely recommended.
