"Mostar gem"

Very central location to the bridge, bazaar, and restaurants. The room is spacious and has a very comfortable bed. The staff is extremely tentative and helpful. Breakfast was yummy!

I am extremely sensitive to fragrances and smells, so whatever cleaning products they use to clean the rooms did bother me a bit.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and offered a great variety of options. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You could tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their guests’ experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and everything was handled smoothly, making our stay completely hassle-free. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and for making our visit so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Everything was great. We arrived late and had a dessert and juice for welcome. The room was big, clean and nice. The breakfast was very rich and tasteful. The location is in the center. Very fresh atmosphere! Till my next time!

Das Hotel war außergewöhnlich schön, sauber mit perfekter Lage, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal, hundefreundlich, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet und sehr leckeres Abendessen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
