What a truly wonderful hotel, you are made to feel so welcome and all of the staff are so helpful and friendly. Nice room with air conditioning which was so nice as it was hot, shout out to Jenet and Adin who were amazing as were all of the staff, would definitely return to this place 🫶

The room was very clean, all the staff was very kind, helpful and respectful. The view from the hotel is incredible, makes you feel like I’m a fairytale. And the breakfast is very complete! Amazing to start the day 😁

Расположение, очень милый персонал, помогли с багажом. В день нашего размещения сборная Боснии играла первый матч на ЧМ мира по футболу - такое единение, вкусный стол, яркие впечатления.

This is a cute looking Boutique hotel right on the river. Nice view from the room. Great location. This hotel has lot of charm and we probably got their best location room. It has a small balcony too. The room was very tiny with very small bathroom. Understandably for its location. The breakfast was OK, nothing to be excited about. Staff is very friendly and polite.

Staff were very friendly and went out of there way to make sure all was good. Special mention for Janet on reception.

The steps n plenty of them but no lift. Be aware if you have mobility issues.

Es erwartete mich ein sehr freundliches Personal und ein perfekter Service. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut und auch das Frühstücksbuffet erfüllte alle Wünsche. Vielen Dank auch für den Transport meines Gepäcks zu dem öffentlichen Parkplatz, wo mein Motorrad sicher aufbewahrt wurde. Da ich nur über wenig Bargeld verfügte und Kreditkarten noch nicht akzeptiert werden, fanden wir eine für Alle zufriedenstellende Möglichkeit der Bezahlung.

Staff was exceptional and very acvomodating. Hotel was very central with breathtaking views. Food was tasty.
