The pool lovely, the room was so comfortable and check in staff were very kind and friendly

The bartender sort of forgot me after his bar filled up. I was having dinner. Even trying to get his attention was not successful. I felt ignored and I did tell him.

Ne pas rester plus longtemps

Stayed at the AC Hotel 11/7-11/8/2025 Room 445. Although appreciated the early check in, the service was subpar at best. The front desk, specifically Alissa, appeared annoyed. No smile, greeting or thanks for Bonvoy loyalty. The morning coffee area was trashed out and absent of lids, cups, sugar and creamer. When this was brought to Alissa’s attention, she replied “you need to speak with the breakfast area”. Apparently, we were disrupting her socialization with the other staff. Mind you, there were no guests at the counter. During check out, we asked for the manager’s contact information and were told by Alissa that she didn’t have it. Strange as normally this information is readily available at all other properties to share experience and/or praise. We have been to this property several times so have comparison - Never have we been treated so rudely. Our next stay is a couple weeks and definitely rethinking returning.
