Staff very polite and nice.Rooms are specious,clean,comfortable and just perfect.The lounge is huge and plenty of space to seat whilst waiting for your room to be ready.Early check in was great.BIG THANKS

Late email response,Should have notified us to call for the shuttle once we arrived at the airport.We had to call uber to get to the hotel.

We are Bonvoy members. Got 2 rooms for 2 nights. If you are looking for a bare-bones hotel (have you ever stayed at the Rome airport hotel) this is less than that. Soft, old lumpy pillows. Old, very well used towels, rooms cleaned every second day…maybe at 5pm if you are lucky. Low budget hotel to say the least. slow elevators, and I dropped something behind coach pulled it out. Obviously never ever cleaned…it’s too gross to post a picture. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2. The front desk clerks (the 2 ladies on front dec 19@2:30 pm) need customer service training and learn how greet and address guests and the importance of the Bonvoy program. We are disappointed. Don’t bother posting a standard cut and paste reply. Do better. Maybe even a hello or smile from front desk. We expected a lot more from a Marriott property.
