there could have been more towels in the apartment we had to ask 3 times for them before they were delivered for a fee

We’ve stayed at Flamenca Village before and know the area well. The apartment was clean and well-equipped on arrival, we had an issue with our bed being broken on arrival and the lady who helped us later in the day was very pleasant and accommodating, offering us an alternative apartment. The second apartment was much better, and we really appreciated how beautifully maintained the outdoor areas were, with spotless pools and well-kept public spaces.

Unfortunately, the bed in our first apartment was broken, with missing slats and a bent frame, which wasn’t apparent until bedtime. Although reception resolved the issue after some follow-up, the initial customer service could have been better. In the new apartment, the shower drained slowly, meaning we had to turn it off periodically to let the water clear. Overall, while the apartments were clean, we felt they could benefit from more thorough maintenance to match the high standards of the outdoor areas.

Excellent, new development. Several pools, well-tended green spaces and communal areas. the apartment very clean, modern and tastefully appointed. Kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There is a supermarket alongside the development and there are multiple restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Orihuela costa is set-up for visitors.

Keine Geschirrtücher, zu wenige Spülmaschinen Tabs, Besteck und Geschirr zu wenig, kein Kehrblech, Zu wenig Klopapier. Das Einchecken außerhalb ihrer Geschäftszeiten(unsere Ankunft 21:30 Uhr) war eine Katastrophe. Der Schlüssel zu unserem Appartemt Nr. 18 war falsch beschriftet, so dass wir erst durch die Mithilfe des Securitydienstes nach 1stündigem Suchen das richtige Appartement gefunden haben. Schade, dass wir am Anreisetag so nervlich belastet wurden.

Very badly equipped few kitchen utensils ( no scissors or tin opener) we were there a month and could not go out to eat every night. Thin towels( mine at home thicker) no towels for use at pool. For a luxury expensive apartment I would have expected more equipment like extra coffee mugs, only one extra set of sheets as needed to change bed fortunately everything dried quickly,
