Lovely apartment

Not enough fobs for access to pool area. WiFi no good in apartment.

Location was perfect, facilities and the pool were excellent, everywhere was really clean there was a nice relaxed friendly vibe and the complex was very secure. Was also nice to park underneath the complex which was away from the sun and had easy access to our room via the internal lift. Pool bar staff were nice and friendly. Could walk to pub and restaurant as about 10-15 mins way, Lazenia bouelvard close too.

Very confusing of where to go to collect the key and once we called the office it was explained and we understood. The map provided was very poor as well as it was extremely difficult to understand and how were we to know that our parking was underneath the complex whilst there were many many spaces around and above. Somehow we at first managed to drive through the gates as another car was entering, we were then stuck inside the complex for a while as we did not have a key fob to automatically open the gates to exit lol...this was a little stressful at the start as we wanted to check in but it didn't spoil anything and we could look on the funny side. Only 1 toilet roll for family and no soap or shampoo at all but large Mercado supermarket next door.

Could of had more towels and needs a full length mirror
