Flamenca Village by Mar Holidays

The location was perfect, I do not think I could have picked a better apartment within the complex. And everything was within walking distance including the beach and shopping.

Nothing to dislike, but one thing that could have made our stay slightly better would be to Include some beach towels that would been nice where visitors have traveled hand luggage only.

The property was spacious and comfortable but had limited information for guests that would have been helpful on how certain items worked ie air con setup, access to solarium etc.

The lift to the top floor where the apartment was located was broken for the first 3 days of our stay and as it was 5 flights of steps up , it was a chore with luggage and shopping etc until it was eventually sorted. The access fob that you use everywhere to get in and out of the complex sbd complex areas was also a nightmare as we were only supplied with 1 fob on arrival and with 4 people it was another issue when going in and out of the property or complex areas ie gym, carpark or pool areas. For what we paid for this holiday, I really expected more.

Helt topp kompleks for hele familien. 2 bad og to soverom selv om det stod ett bad i beskrivelsen. Dårlig utsikt, men vi bestilte basic.

Lift heeft het niet gedaan de gedurende periode.. zat op de bovenste verdieping. Alle spullen naar boven sjouwen en met 4 kinderen naar trap op trap af

Location, proximity to local supermarkets, beach, restaurants etc. close to Zenia Boulevard and Saturday Market. New, spacious accommodation, great outdoor terrace, ducted air conditioning.

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment for 3 adults, one for each room, it was suggested before arrival that only a limited number of beds be made up, double bed and 1 single bed. This is not how it should be, you rent a place with beds for 6, you get bedding for 6! Towels were provided. I wouldn’t use them for my dog, small, inadequate, thin, not absorbent, my bath towel was tiny. And in an apartment for 6, only 3 hand and 3 bath towels for a 10 day stay. I did manage to get 1 more decent sized bath sheet provided on day 2 which I requested from the office. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was in a good location, near lifts and stairs. Flamenca Village itself is a great place with beautiful gardens, swimming pools, spa pools, a small gym & Finnish sauna. There is a great pool side bar run by a great family, serving drinks, coffees, cocktails & bar snacks. They sometimes host events, music & dance which is very good. TM/Mar Holidays charge a premium price to rent the homes they manage for owners, they need to provide better towels, better equipped kitchens and a much higher standard of cleaning between bookings. The toilet bowl was brown, I cleaned it myself, base of shower dirty on arrival. Sink in bath 2 very slow to drain, toilet in bath 2 would get stuck & run all night but jiggling the buttons stopped the flow.
