For the price I was not impressed at all.

No valet service - not even for handicap qualified, during bitter cold.

A very nice place

Made reservations online for my mother and for me & my wife. When we got to the hotel, they couldnt find the reservation. The phone number we gave the credit card to obviously didnt talk with the front desk both had different information. Had to make reservations for one night then check out then recheck in but even that got messed up and had to explain ourselves. after the first day my wife and I came back to a room beds were not made towels still on the floor. Was not communicated that when you stay they do not go into the room and clean would have been nice if someone said something so there were no expectations. The call center who takes the reservations and the front desk need to speak to one another. not one time did either oone of them know what was going on with the other...

Not real quiet at night

Very nice property. Only negative is there is no shopping in the area.

This place is the only poker room when you can show your hand to your guy next to you, and it’s all good ,your hand ,stay away from this place,if you’re a real poker player,they be talking to each other the whole time ,and the pit boss is in on it,the bald dude

Stayed 2 nights and played golf. Nice property - smoky casino, limited food options, hot tub - not hot enough and jets too week.

Sometimes these smaller casino properties end up smelly, dingey, unkept, outdated, etc. That's not the case with Grand Falls. I was quite impressed with the entire property when I arrived for an overnight due to a business meeting I was attending in the area. I did't gamble in the casino, but it did appear to be extremely clean and well maintained. There were several food & beverage options and all looked to be great choices. The food that I did have from the 24-hour option was good. The room itself was pretty remarkable considering the location in a small casino, small community, pretty far out of the way from any metropolitan area. Very large space, comfortable bed & bedding, nice amenities to work from my room, great walk-in shower & bathroom space. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
