The place was beautiful but the customer service wasn’t the greatest at check in.

Rooms are overpriced for what you get. Rooms are not fully cleaned. Cups were dirty, garbage cans had no bags and had crumbs still in it, hair on the floor in the bathroom, crumbs and a broken tooth pick underneath the cushion on the chair. Says they have pillow top beds(they will make your back hurt). We broke out in hives from the bed linen that we actually left before midnight and didnt even stay. You have no option to mirror your phone to the tv to stream.. instead pay $20 for movies that came out 10 years ago. I would rather stay at a Motel 6.

I loved the fact that it was fully accessible for my Mom who took the "best shower in years". It was a long way for her from the lobby to the room with no benches along the way for her; she ended up sitting on a decorative coffee table to rest.

I went to Grand Falls Casino and Resort in Larchwood, SD for my first time ever to try out the promotion sent in mail for free nights stay. I must express in the most sincere way that I have NEVER in my life been treated and talked to with such DISRESPECT in my whole life. The Customer Service (she claimed to be) Supervisor was rude but after my Sister contacted a Host (Mike) he was not only rude and disrespectful, he was down right horrible. He told me he did care to hear my concern or discuss anything at all with me which took me by surprise. This (Mike) not only didnt care that I was disabled or elderly, he also didnt care that he insulted my Sister and my Aunt. We were there to celebrate our Anniversary and he totally ruined it for everyone over a very simple little thing. These people could care less about people especially if they are elderly or disabled so my best advice to you is to STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE..ANYPLACE WOULD BE BETTER THAN HERE

Lovely room. Clean and comfortable. Yes, bathroom a little weird with its shower view from the bed! Not a lot of water pressure but got the job done. After two days, only lost about $25, so that's a win at a casino. Didn't know there would not be housekeeping. Security and floor staff friendly. Not a smile or hello or good luck from a single Host or Management staff that I met on the main floors, cashiers or casino. Why? Usually my Hosts elsewhere fall all over me. LOL Was impressed with how clean the casino floors and machines were kept. Miss drink service, but am looking forward to returning.

We live in a state where smoking has been banned in buildings open to the public for more than a decade and were shocked when we found that it is allowed in the main floor casino which also contains the food venues and bar. The smell however permeates the entire facility and is easily detected in the third floor hotel rooms. Utterly disgusting. We won’t be back.

Good hotel, looks like a beautiful golf course but casino is below average. Only a few games open, cater to locals, no drink service, worse casino in Iowa. Ruthies steakhouse worth a stop but don’t waste time on casino floor. Way better casinos in Iowa

Went to grand falls casino to play golf in a charity event on the casino owned golf course. We were treated like kings. The moment we arrived valet met us. We checked in at the front desk in minutes. We were there for one night and the next day of golfing. The night we arrived there was a fabulous cocktail hour with heavy hors douvers. That was incredible. Our room was absolutely the best. King size bed and very big room. Beautiful walk in shower. Etc. the next morning we checked in fir the golf event. Huge breakfast burritos that were the best. We were given a very nice UA duffle bag for each of us. We were a 4 man team. Golf course was spectacular and flawlessly manicured. After golf another buffet of brisket and all the trimmings. Then prizes were awarded. The golf carts had built in GPS and there was a sleeve of Titelist Pro V1X golf balls for each of us. Wow. The charity was a fund raising event for veterans. This was extremely well done. Congratulations to Grand Falls for a spectacular event. Hope to be back next year
