Great location! Near to restaurants

The staff was friendly and ultra helpful. However, we stayed in a handicapped bathroom. By the nature of the shower those rooms need extra towels at the beginning so we didn’t have to ask for more.

This was a lovely and very comfortable hotel. I’ve had a great fitness center and highly superior pillows! Lol.

Traveled to Thomasville Feb 5-7 and booked Courtyard Thomasville Downtown via AAdvantage Hotels since I'm an American Airlines status member. I always ask for a King room that is quiet. Was looking forward to it, since it seemed a nice newer facility. Arrived a bit later than intended and was given a room on fourth floor. Right off the elevator and was an accessible room. Upon entering I also noticed an odor. I have nothing against accessible features, yet being a tall person, they are more inconvenient for me and don't always fit well. Immediately went to front desk and asked for a different room. Lady was exasperated with me, saying that's all they had available. Back to the room and called AAdvantage hotels. They called hotel and got same story with the added response "the room doesn't stink". Not sure how Front Desk knew that, cause they didn't come check it out. Hotel did promise to. move me next day. So I unpacked. And had a very difficult night. Loud party at pool which was directly below. heard elevator ding every time. Mattress was not up to hotel standards I've stayed in before and was hard and uncomfortable. The odor was either cleaning products or someone's vaping residue. Very difficult two nights. And hotel never got back on changing rooms. Will skip this place next time in Thomasville.
