Modern and lovely large room with great facilities and executive lounge

Restaurants were not open and I felt it was quite pricey considering the location and area

- very spacious for our group of 7, with two separated areas, total of 6 beds, lots of space for all our luggage compared to some other accommodations in Japan hotels - washing machine and dryer capabilities in the bath room was very helpful, detergent included - check in was easy (done on tablet at the front) - decent location, close to grocery store opened late - two living rooms, two TVs, two toilets, two showers, equipped kitchen - all very helpful for our family which included young children - about 10 min taxi ride from Hakata Station

- very weak wifi signal - no security code/lock at the main entrance or to use elevator so anyone can come in at any time (no key card required to access the room, just a door code) - need to walk a bit to the bus stop, which might be an issue for those with mobility issues and/or if it's raining - some stains noted in bed covers and a towel, unsure how to know if slippers have been sanitized - would be helpful to have some wall hooks or counter top for our clothes - no staff present on site

房間內配置兩套浴室跟廁所，也有多個床位可以自由挑選，且空間夠大、同時攤開多個大行李也沒問題，增加時間跟空間安排上的彈性。 此外，此飯店鄰近超市跟便利商店，且位於安靜的地區，相當便利也讓人安心。

所有先前旅客評論中出現的問題（如：房內整潔度、床墊偏軟、廁所感應燈維持亮度時間不長的問題）似乎都仍未解決，帶有污漬的床包和沙發表布、牆上的破洞、空氣清新機上的大量灰塵（照片上的看起來比較少，是因為一部分已經被我抖掉了）、明顯可見的指印，再再證實旅館的清潔打掃仍有改善的空間。為了保護自己的權益，讓我不得不在進房跟退房的時候都拍照存證。 溝通跟服務上面也有些待加強的地方： 入住前服務人員告知---要我們準備剛好的零錢繳入住稅，不然因是無人前台、無法找零。但，其實刷卡也可以。若能預先得知，我們也不用得要提前準備好「剛剛好」的現金，還得想辦法湊零錢。 退房的時候，在一樓遇到正要上樓打掃的團隊，一群人加上行李跟打掃工具擠在一起實在挺窘迫的。嗯，只能說，他們的態度讓我們覺得好像是我們擔誤到他們的工作、礙了他們的路。
