清理垃圾置需要自備新的垃圾袋、一樓垃圾🚮置放處不明顯，平底鍋🍳已出現很多刻痕及燒焦建議更換會更好

床很多，適合家庭旅遊，有2間廁所及衛浴，洗澡不用等

We do love our stay here at Grand Base Hakata. The room are spacious with enough bed for our group! The self check-in was smooth. The apartment even have a washing machine.

Quality of wifi could be better.
