Sicuramente è in una posizione ottimale, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo appartamento di Bologna è stata un pò deludente. Il problema principale riguarda la totale mancanza di trasparenza: le foto caricate su Booking non rispecchiano affatto la realtà. Dalle immagini pubblicate l'appartamento sembrava moderno, luminoso e curato nei dettagli, mentre dal vivo si è rivelato decisamente più trascurato e con evidenti segni di usura. Trovo che sia una grande mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente mostrare una realtà virtuale completamente distorta per giustificare il prezzo richiesto. E poi è ad un terzo piano senza ascensore ....

"We stayed for three nights - it had everything we needed for a trip to Bologna - would stay again."

The apartment was very clean - lovely crisp fresh white bedlinen and towels. There were thoughtful things like soap, shower gel and coffee. The instructions about collecting the keys were excellent and easy to follow. Frederico was easy to communicate with. The location was an easy bus ride from the train station and and easy walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Maybe a small lamp in the bedroom.

"Quasi perfetto"

Posizione ottima per visitare Bologna a piedi. L'unico difetto sono i 56 scalini per arrivare su, un po' stretti se si hanno delle valigie ingombranti. Per il resto molto funzionale, comodo e pulito. In posizione strategica vicino a Porta Saragozza che è ben servita dagli autobus anche nei festivi. I nostri ragazzi di 10 e 16 anni hanno trovato comodo e divertente il letto matrimoniale a pavimento. Lo consiglio per soggiorni brevi a persone con spirito d'adattamento.

la posizione era ottima, centro storico a portata di mano e un comodissimo carrefour h24 a portata di mano

il parcheggio un incubo essendo in ztl e per la difficoltà di trovarne vicini, poi metterei un fornetto microonde per cucinare perché la piastra in dotazione era un pò laboriosa e lenta

"Esperienza pessima"

Posizione

Appartamento 3 piano senza ascensore con scale strette. Pioveva nelle scale dal lucernario. Chiesto letto matrimoniale mi ritrovo con.materasso, scomodissimo,posizionato sul pavimento nel sottotetto alto meno di un metro.Divano letto formato da due brandine con materassi spessi 7,8 cm scomodissimo. Mancanza di asciugamani per bidet. Lavandino bagno minuscolo. Scuri esterni in legno fatiscenti che non si chiudevano. Rumori notturni dovuti a copertura tetto in lamiera continuamente mossa dal vento. Esperienza pessima sopratutto considerando quanto pagato. Sconsiglio
