Variante Hotel

Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et serviable, et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux ! Très belle vue sur la ville! Les chambres sont très propres.

Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas bien. Les murs sont fins et donc peu insonorisés.

There was no hot water. We asked the front desk about it, and he said we were wrong and it would just take a while. Well, I stood with my hand in a cold stream of water for almost an hour before I gave up. Tried again in the morning, complained again, and were told to keep waiting. In January, no hot water was a big problem. There is also no dedicated parking, and the steep slope of the hotel makes parking very stressful. It is also a little difficult to get anywhere from the hotel by foot.

Alcune persone del personale non parlavano inglese (cioè usavano proprio il traduttore dal turco alla lingua nostra). Il wi fi funzionava male

Das Zimmer war klein aber ok. Der Ausblick war sehr schön.

Das Personal war mal freundlich und mal nicht. Es gab weder einen Wasserkocher noch Tee oder Kaffee. Wir haben am Anfang ein kleines Wasser bekommen und danach Wasser gekauft und wurden darauf angesprochen dass wir das im Hotel kaufen sollen. Das Frühstück war sehr teuer im Vergleich sowie Kaffee und Tee. Es wurde nicht sauber gemacht oder schmutziges Geschirr abgeholt. Uns wurde Tee angeboten den wir später zahlen mussten (der teuerste Tee den wir in Izmir irgendwo hatten)
