Nice hotel with comfy room.

The staff, room, hotel and bar were all amazing. They let us check in at 7am with no additional charge which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We arrived on Christmas Eve and our greeting was ' no food or beverage service until Dec. 26th! Really! A full-service hotel and no food or beverage and the bar was closed too! We had reserved a King suite and when we entered the room, makeup on the bath counter, hair and makeup on the top sheet and an old sock in the waste basket. We requested another room and it was much better. In the morning, Christmas Day, we went out to find a restaurant for breakfast and ended up at the Waffle House on Cherry Road. We returned to the hotel and checked out. We forfeited a night so we could miss enjoying all the amenities and services this hotel had to offer. Lucky we had a car! What would you do if you ended up here from the airport with no food, no beverage, and no place nearby to obtain anything. And, you don't find out until you arrive and you are stuck. You need to up your game or let another hotel management company run the property.

The staff was very professional. The hotel is extremely clean. I loved that housekeeping doesn't come unless you request them.

Property was very nice. My room was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Front desk and cafe staff were super. Room not serviced at all. Shower gel almost empty. Had to go downstairs and get clean towels and soap.

Great rooms the best I’ve ever stayed in. It’d be heaven on earth if the breakfast was complimentary.

Front desk service was awesome! However the floors in our room really needed to be mopped and the pillows are way too small and not comfortable. There was also an Arby’s shake left in the fridge from a previous guest.
