"Nice but hot tub out of order. Pay parking garage"

We were here 2 weeks ago as well. At that time, hot tub was heated but jets not working. Maintenance man told us repair had already been called in. We returned yesterday (2 wks later) and, sadly, the hot tub was still unrepaired. That was a BIG factoe in choosing this hotel; that it had a hot tub. The pool was pleasantly clean and bathtub warm. The rooms were spacious and had enough outlets. Good variety of t.v. channels. On our first stay,we were told free parking in the garage and were not charged for parking; however, this time, we were charged $5 parking. When I asked about the fee, the desk clerk advised there always is a parking fee.

"Poor Hotel Management"

The staff is overworked. The executive housekeeper is having to fill in for the front desk. I was overcharged and ghosted by the Director of Sales and General Manager. I reached out to the corporate office, and they apparently have no way of enforcing any level of customer service. I couldn't even get a call back. Mistakes are mistakes, but not valuing your customers and employees is sad.

"Quiet, clean, hot tub jets didn't work"

Price is higher if you choose "pay at property". I'm not sure why hotels have not yet returned to regular room housekeeping since covid. Why should we have to make a special request? The pool was crystal clear and bathtub warm; however, it is frustrating to search specifically for a hotel with a hot tub only to find it out of order (could sit in it for heat but the spa timer was broken / couldn't turn on the jets) throughout our 3-night stay.

I absolutely loved my stay! The location was fantastic, and the rooms were just amazing. Every little detail really stood out to me. The Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom was such a cool touch, and I appreciated all the lighting options in the room. Plus, everything was super clean, and the beds were so comfortable! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and tackle a bit of admin work. I’ll definitely be back for some quality me time!
