Staff was great and the area has plenty food options

Love this place and the rooftop

The property is nice. The staff is very lazy and unfriendly. We asked 2 days in a row for clean towels and were told non were available and treated as if we were annoying by asking. Our shower was filthy when we arrived. This afternoon when we left the outside patio was full of dirty towel, dirty glasses and overflowing trash cans

Staff is limited but professional. When we got to our room trash from the previous occupants was here scattered in the room. Some of which to include chocolate. My daughter initially thought the chocolate was for guest.

Check in to check out was great. No complaints

This was not a very good experience. We arrived on a Sunday and checked out on a Wednesday. The only time the bed was made, and we received fresh towels was when I had to go down to the front desk and request this to be done, and this took almost the entire day. My room was never cleaned and the only way i got fresh towels was to go to front desk and request them. There is no free breakfast. We paid for breakfast every morning that we ate there and we never ate dinner because the menu was lacking. As a matter of fact, I never saw more than 5 people who looked as though they were guests the entire time I was there. The treadmills in the exercise room did not work. The ice machines were constantly out of ice. The rooms were never cleaned. The linens not changed. Had to ask for fresh towels, had to ask for water for the coffee pot inside the hotel room. The room itself was very dark, not enough lighting in the room. I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again. My experience was not a good one. Wanted to give the Cambria a try because the pictures online were very nice. We were fooled. Have stayed at much better hotels in Rock Hill.

Excellent service by Christine at the breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday. Room was clean with lots of closet and cabinet space.

I wish the parking had easier access to the hotel. It is a bit dark in that garage and i do not feel safe

The location is great. It's close to all sorts of great local restaurants. But I was disappointed with our stay. Our room was dirty. I asked for them to come clean it. It was just the floor. They said they came while we were at dinner still looked the same, bulb in the bathroom mirror burned out and we were told maintenance isn't there so they can't fix it. They offered to move us but we already unpacked and we're leaving the next day so it seemed like a lot of effort for 24 hours. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel
