"Pleasantly surprised on arrival but as the stay went on it was disappointing"

The property is in a great central location. Very nicely decorated. Half the price of anywhere else to stay in Inverness

It was very loud, from the bars outside to the guests in the next apartment to the early morning co-op delivery. Difficult to get to sleep with street noise, really needs soundproofing before I would stay again. Also needs a lamp in the living area, either roof light or darkness is the only option. No shelf in bathroom for toiletries. Only one mug so we couldn’t have a cuppa.

"Dirty, felt unsafe and noisy."

Location was handy for the centre of town.

Picking up the key from a different location. Entrance was dirty, hall way was filthy with mould and paper coming off the walls. The window had a blind down as outside was a stone wall. No natural light at all. Pigeons sat on window sill from 4am and kept me awake. Avoid this place!
