Waverley Inn Apartments

There wasn't anything realy good about it the only thing that was good was receptionist very polite and helpful

We asked for a twin room and was given a double the whole of the apartment block smelled of weed room very small bathroom also very small also the carpet on the way in was ripped and dangerous trip hazard also from where you picked the keys up you had a walk to apartment block that was not mentioned when we booked also bed very uncomfortable will not be going back again

The place was close to amenities, comfortable, above average clean. The wardrobe didn't match the room (odd choice) but this is a personal taste.

The view was a stone wall (not very important in this instance as I arrive late and left early but I wouldn't appreciate if I were to stay longer). Not breakfast available. Having to pick up the key in a different building and street. The receptionist was nice but the other person there (I am assuming was the owner) didn't seem very polite Small details that ruined your descriptive "deluxe room": shower gel container empty, toothbrush holder very dirty, big hole in sheet, the carpet on the ground floor was massively defective to the point that somebody could have easily trip and fall there. Rundown feeling in some parts of stairs and corridors

The room was great - clean, well presented and comfortable.

OK, if you are looking for a good night's sleep, this isn't the place. Our room faced on to the street, directly above a taxi rank - when the pubs kicked out at 01:00 we were treated to the banter from the locals while they waited for taxis. Then from sometime around 05:00 the delivery truck for the shop downstairs arrived... engine left running and a procession of trolleys wheeled in and out of the shop. Security on the premises was also questionable - the lock on the external door wasn't working and fire doors were held open with fire extinguishers acting as door stops.

Super wonderful and friendly staff in a great location. Bedding and towels clean.

The noise here is not for the faint of heart, I am personally not bothered but leaving this here with the hopes of deterring anyone who is likely to complain about it - it’s like sleeping inside a night club. Noise from shop opening downstairs can also be heard. I have stayed in cleaner apartments - recommend a pair of slippers because the floors were a lil crunchy.

The location

The bed was very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep as kept hearing the pigeon all night very noisy

Easy to pick up.

Wifi was close to non functional. Toilet in the ensuite didn't have a seat. One of the chairs in the dining room had a broken foot. Hot water tap in the kitchen is marked cold and cold water tap is marked hot.

Could of cleared the apartment especially have put fresh sheets on the bed as there was pubic hairs and blood stains on the sheets

Good location, and could be a nice flat

Dirty. Stained sheets and looked dirty. Mattress felt well used. Holes and dirty walls, toilet seat was broken, bathroom sink tap was very slow. And windows very thin.
