Waverley Inn Apartments

Günstig gelegen, allerdings gegenüber einem Pub mit Live Musik (sehr nett!) : wer früh schlafen will und die Fenster nicht schließt, hätte ein Problem.

Schlechte Matratze, kein Stuhl, Personal kam nicht das Waschbecken reparieren

La ubicació és perfecte. Els llits són còmodes i hi ha un bany per a cada habitació.

Una de les habitacions és una mica massa justa (no es poden obrir 2 trollers alhora). La pica d'un dels banys és massa petita i si no vigiles l'aigua va directament a fora, i no hi ha ni un prestatge per deixar el necesser. La cuina no està neta i hi ha molts pocs utensilis (plats, gots, coberts...) tenint en compte que és per a 4 hostes.

Modern not dated, relatively clean.

Shower heads (both) dirty. Bathroom sink needs unclogging as water takes ages to drain away. No tea towel or clean dishcloth/sponge in kitchen. Difficult to get in and out of double bed as squeezed in next to bunk beds (we booked a double bed not a family room so totally unaware bunk beds in bedroom). Cobwebs on livingroom ceiling. No plug sockets in bedroom to plug in hairdryer or phone etc. Unplugged microwave and used that socket. No sockets near mirrors for when blow-drying hair. Lack of security, given 2 keys one for apartment door and main street door but unable to lock main street door at all meaning anyone can walk in .

I boiled an apartment hotel…. this was a room, no kitchen, one cup no shelf in bathroom for toilet bag.

Excellent apartment, well equipped and good quality fittings.

Useless trying to sleep until 2 am because of the bars opposite (especially the Karaoke one).

The location was excellent close to all facilities, station & bus station. It had a Co-op (grocery store) below the apartment open until late hours, which was very convenient. Also, though we had to check out from the apartment by 10 am, we were able to leave our luggage in safekeeping at Waverley Guest House, located close by, until 4 pm. Most other apartments do not offer this kind of option.

The WC cover of the ensuite bathroom was broken which we informed the host immediately. However the issue remained unresolved.

2 bedroom apartment had everything I needed for my short stay. Near all the shops and brilliant bars

Key was off site. Beds were uncomfortable. Floors were dirty. Bed cover runner was stained. One toilet did not have a toilet seat. . There was mold in both showers.Location was very loud outside with bar life . This was way overpriced.

Room was clean, was in the city centre close to the bus and train station, supermarkets nearby.

Staff were very unhelpful, tried to check in only to be ignored. Phoned about broken curtain rail, yet conversation was more like a burden. No storage facilities to allocate bags Check in is very late and check out is very early, no option to check in or check out late. Was away on a short last minute getaway with my gf and both of us were tired after traveling to Inverness had to pay to store our bags in a secure area. Access door to the apartment is broken, and the main door to guest reception had a foul smell of Cannabis. Several people were loitering by the front, and access door wasn't locked as such anyone could walk in and out hence us paying to store our bags elsewhere until we could check in.
