The Woodfords Inn

This is a nice property with beautiful surroundings. And the owner is very nice and offers free snacks and beverages in his office. But unfortunately, our room was quite dirty. The shower had pink mold in the corners. The corners of the bathroom and wooden moldings had dirt and dust. The toilet had a mold ring from where the water line sits. The back of the white front door was full of black marks. The bathroom door had a huge stain which I'm hoping was from a spilled coffee. We could feel dirt on the floor when walking barefoot. Given the other reviews, perhaps we just got a bad room. But these issues combined with the price we paid at $200 / night is unacceptable.

This is a very nice motel. Clean rooms, very accommodating manager. I was looking for a one night place that was clean, quiet and simple. The Woodford Inn was all of that. When I returned to the area next year, I will spend more than one night, it’s a wonderful stay.

The owner was very attentive

Convenience of check in and out. Left key under the mat since we came in later than expected. The continental breakfast was perfect including lots of beverages to choose from.

We had a nice overnight here during a camping trip- hotel was simple but clean, quiet and comfortable. Very nice owner who was extremely helpful with anything we needed.

The room was great, bed very comfortable, great new furnishings and the little red fridge was a perfect touch!

Property is located in a very quiet and peaceful wooded area, away from city streets. Really enjoyed the stay.

Han was very accommodating to any request I had. I will be staying there again next year.

The manager Hahn was very hospitable and always very attentive to anything you need. In addition to that they always had lots of food, coffee, snacks, and other items for free in the office at all times, fantastic coast. Great property and I highly recommend it. That said air conditioner is quite loud, refrigerated at work and the lighting is a little difficult, but since we were up there to be in the mountains, the scenery around was breathtaking and we had a fantastic time… Our second time there. We look forward to coming back many times.
