Spotty Hotels

Las instalaciones son buenas, bonitas y a un precio muy accesible, todo es muy bueno pero el servicio del personal es lo que me hace darle una estrella a mi experiencia, simplemente parece que no les gusta trabajar o no tienen el mínimo sentido de servicio y trato al huésped, no tienen iniciativa, les falta amabilidad y no explican claramente los servicios tanto como en el check in y check out, me parecieron apáticos y yo creí que era idea mía sin embargo los observé y realmente si les falta demasiada actitud de servicio, el lugar es bueno pero todo el equipo en conjunto en amabilidad, servicio, solucionar, responder mensajes etc se lleva una estrella, no estoy seguro si volvería a reservar con ellos por ese único aspecto.

Property is very cool. Tight security, nice outdoor area in the lobby. Great pool with views. Breakfast area is nice, also with great outdoor space with views. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom are like new. Area looks sketchy but nothing to worry about. It’s a university neighborhood. I will stay here again. Oh yea, they also have a bar at one of the floors. This place is worth it.
